Results from Ruhr University Bochum presented at ESEAC
On 22-26 July 2024, Wolfgang Schuhmann and Carla Santana Santos from Ruhr University Bochum participated in the 19th International conference on Electroanalysis ESEAC 2024.
Wolfgang and Carla presented recent contributions from their group to nano- and micro-electroanalytical methods for understanding the intrinsic properties of materials for electrocatalysis and redox-mediated flow batteries.
Wolfgang gave a plenary lecture on “Nano- and microelectroanalytic methods for understanding electrocatalysts”.
While Carla held an oral presentation on “Microelectrochemical tools for the accelerated evaluation of charge-transfer processes in redox-mediated flow batteries”.
ESEAC is a biennial conference. This year’s event was hosted by the University of Ulm bringing together more than 200 researchers from all over the world in the field of electroanalytical chemistry. The scientific scope of the conference was broad and ranged from theoretical aspects to new applications in biosensors, and analytical methods for energy conversion and energy storage.
